Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GameLedger, operated by Windmill Events & Planning LLC.

Recordkeeping service

GameLedger supports live social-game recordkeeping. It records organizer-entered Poker/Game Ledger and Rummy information and produces informational balances, standings, and settlement suggestions. It does not host remote gameplay, accept wagers, determine winners, hold funds, transfer money, or guarantee payment.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, obtain any permission needed to enter participant information, protect your account, and use the service lawfully. Club administrators control access to club records and are responsible for reviewing all entries and exports.

GameLedger Pro subscriptions

GameLedger Pro is available as an automatically renewing monthly or annual subscription. The price and billing period shown on the Apple App Store purchase sheet apply. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Unless you cancel, the subscription renews automatically within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not provide a partial-period refund except where required by law or Apple policy.

When Pro ends, your account returns to Free limits. Historical game records remain stored subject to this policy and become visible again if Pro is restored. Purchases may be restored only to the GameLedger account to which the subscription was originally linked.

Third-party services

Optional integrations, purchases, and sign-in providers—including Google, Apple, and Splitwise—are governed by their own terms. You authorize only the actions you expressly approve through those services.

Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Calculations depend on organizer-entered information and should be reviewed before relying on them. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for external payments, disputes, or losses arising from inaccurate entries.

Account termination

You may stop using GameLedger or request deletion. We may suspend access for security threats, unlawful use, or material violations. Account deletion follows the retention process described in our Privacy Policy.
