Delete your GameLedger account

From the app

1. Sign in to GameLedger.
2. Open Clubs and choose the account section.
3. Select Delete account, review the consequences, and confirm.

If an owned club has other members, transfer ownership before requesting deletion. Sole-member owned clubs and their game records will be included in permanent deletion.

Request help without the app

Email contact@windmill-events.com from the address associated with your account and use the subject “GameLedger account deletion.” We may verify account ownership before acting.

Deletion timeline

The account is disabled immediately. You may request restoration within 30 days. After day 30 it cannot be restored. Permanent deletion begins after 45 days, subject to limited retention required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, or dispute purposes.

Deletion removes account identity data, sessions, integration credentials, and sole-member club records. Records in clubs transferred to another owner remain with those clubs.
